Hi , I’m Brenda
For more than thirty years I've led transformation for Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies, federal organizations and complex business environments — the kind of change that touches thousands of people and either takes hold or quietly falls apart after go live.
I built my consulting practice on the part of that work most consultants underbuild: leader alignment, stakeholder readiness, operating discipline and the human side of adoption. Over the last three years, I've added practical AI fluency on top of all of it — something most of my peers in change management are still avoiding.
