I’m Brenda Petrillo, founder and CEO of Infinity Management Consultants.

For more than thirty years, I have helped Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies, federal government organizations and complex business environments move through transformation with greater clarity, readiness and adoption.

Today, I partner with organizations and established service based businesses to turn change into measurable progress through senior change leadership, strategic advisory, AI enabled operations, practical systems and implementation support. My work focuses on the part of transformation that determines whether results actually stick: leader alignment, people readiness, operating discipline and the human side of change.
